Shipping and delivery

Note for the site owner: this policy has been drafted to describe how Zayteen actually operates, but it is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have a Pakistani lawyer check it before launch, particularly if you begin shipping internationally or accepting online payments.

We deliver across Pakistan by third-party courier. Every order is confirmed on WhatsApp before it is dispatched.

Rates and timing

Delivery is charged per order, not per bottle.

  • Islamabad and Rawalpindi, Rs 200, typically 2–3 working days
  • Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Multan, Rs 300, typically 3–5 working days
  • Karachi, Rs 350, typically 3–5 working days
  • Everywhere else in Pakistan, Rs 400, typically 5–7 working days
  • Orders over Rs 6,000, delivery is free

These timeframes are the courier's estimates and start from the day we dispatch, not the day you order. Dispatch is usually the next working day after you confirm.

How the process works

  1. You place the order through the website, which opens WhatsApp with the details filled in.
  2. We reply to confirm stock, the delivery charge for your city, and the expected date.
  3. We dispatch and send you the courier's tracking number.
  4. The courier delivers and collects payment in cash.

Cash on delivery

All orders are cash on delivery. Please have the exact total ready, couriers frequently cannot give change. Nothing is charged before the parcel reaches you, and we never ask for card details.

Failed and refused deliveries

Couriers normally attempt delivery up to three times. If nobody is available, or the parcel is refused at the door, it is returned to us. We will contact you to arrange a second attempt, for which the delivery charge applies again.

Repeatedly refusing cash-on-delivery orders may mean we ask for advance payment on future orders.

Damage in transit

Glass breaks occasionally despite the packaging. If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, or with a broken seal, do not accept it if you can see the damage at the door. If you only notice afterwards, photograph it and message us within 48 hours and we will replace it at no cost. See the returns policy.

International orders

We do not currently ship outside Pakistan. For export or bulk enquiries, contact us directly.
