Note for the site owner: this policy has been drafted to describe how Zayteen actually operates, but it is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have a Pakistani lawyer check it before launch, particularly if you begin shipping internationally or accepting online payments.

These terms apply when you use zayteenpk.com or buy from us. By placing an order you accept them.

Who we are

Zayteen sells cold-pressed olive oil produced in Balochistan, Pakistan. We operate from Islamabad and can be reached at info@zayteenpk.com or +92 304 0139192.

Orders

Submitting an order through the website is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. A contract exists only once we reply on WhatsApp to confirm the order and its delivery date. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, the price or description was wrong, we cannot deliver to your area, or we have reason to believe the order is not genuine.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, but never after confirming your order.

All orders are cash on delivery, paid to the courier. Please have the exact amount ready.

Availability

The wild olive oil is produced from a single limited harvest each season and sells out. Listing it on the site is not a guarantee of stock. If we cannot fulfil a confirmed order we will tell you promptly and you owe nothing.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Nutritional figures are typical values that vary between batches and harvests. Colour, aroma and intensity vary naturally between pressings, this is a characteristic of unrefined single-origin oil, not a defect.

Statements on this site about olive oil and health describe what the product contains and refer to general nutritional research. They are not medical claims. Nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a health condition, talk to a doctor rather than relying on anything written here.

Delivery and returns

See our shipping policy and returns policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for giving us an accurate delivery address and a working phone number, and for being available to receive and pay for the order. Costs arising from repeated failed deliveries caused by incorrect information may be passed on.

Intellectual property

The Zayteen name, logo, photography and written content on this site belong to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Third-party services

Ordering relies on WhatsApp, and delivery relies on third-party couriers. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of those services, though we will help resolve any problem involving your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction over any dispute.
